Birth Doula
Having a birth doula in the delivery room is becoming increasingly common and for good reasons. As your birth doula, we are the extra insurance you have to get the birth experience you want. We give you much-needed support, and guidance, plus we do not judge the decisions you take. Our ultimate goal is to help families have a safe, healthy, and positive pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum experience.

Basic but still Top notch. This is the most affordable doula service package for birthing mums starting from the prenatal stage to immediate postpartum attention. For any mom/parent that wants respect, encouragement, guidance, support, and peace before, on, and after the birth of your little one this basic package keeps you covered. It includes:
- Two prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with useful tools for labor and birth
- Birth preferences assistance to help you clarify your preferences for birth and explain the options that are available to you
- Access to lending library of books and videos of pregnancy, birth and baby care, to support your learning
- Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth, to help the you hold and move towards the vision you created for your baby's birth
- Initial breastfeeding support immediately after birth to help your baby latch on properly and encourage establishment of breastfeeding
- One postpartum follow-up visit to celebrate the birth of your baby and answer any questions you have during the early postpartum period.
- Unlimited phone, text and e-mail support to answer your questions and offer suggestions and support throughout pregnancy and early labor
Of course! AMLDS has something extra for moms/parents who needs more attention after childbirth. Being a new parent is worth being celebrated, but people often neglect or ignore the fact that it could be very overwhelming as well, this enhanced package could be the solution for you. It includes:
- All services in the Basic Doula Services Package
- Two 60-minute postpartum visits to check on you and your baby adjusting to each other and answer any questions you have during the postpartum period. (please schedule within 40 days of birth)
With the premium package comes everything you get with the basic package but with a little extra TLC and pampering. This means more prenatal visits and postpartum care which contains fundamental support and education before, during, and after childbirth. This package includes:
- All services in the Basic Doula Services Package
- Two 60-minute postpartum visits to check on you and your baby adjusting to each other and answer any questions you have during the postpartum period. (please schedule 40 days of birth)
- Four 45-minute Prenatal Coaching Sessions to address concerns around pregnancy, birth, and parenting, and create a plan of action to support the various transitions that occur with the birth of a child
- Placenta Encapsulation and Keepsake, if possible. Value $250
