Welcome to A Mother Level Birth and Doula Service website (the ‘Site’). Kindly review the terms and conditions that govern your use of and purchase of products and services from our Site. Please note that your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the ‘Agreement’).
The terms “we”, “us”, “I”, and “our” refer to A Mother Level Doula Birth and Postpartum Services. The term “Site” refers to http://www.amotherlevel.com The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, clients, and any other beneficiary of the site and services of ALMDS.
The use of http://www.amotherlevel.com including all information presented herein and all online/offline services provided by AMLDS is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and by using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading and understanding them.
Information provided on this Site and in Service related to doula services, and other information are subject to change. A Mother Level D S makes no warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the “Content”), is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. We disclaim all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.
The information on this site should in no way take the place of MEDICAL ADVICE. Please, always seek the attention of a medical professional for health-related issues.
To serve you better, you may be required to provide personal information. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and any other personal information, A Mother Level Doula Service deems necessary. You agree that any registration information you give will always be accurate, correct, and not intended to mislead AMLDS. At all times, you must only provide account information that belongs to you and no one else. Providing other people’s information at any point will be interpreted as impersonation. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You agree that we may send electronic mail, or text messages, to you to advise you of changes or additions to this Site, about any products or services, or for such other purpose(s).
You agree to be financially responsible for any purchase made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the Site any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence. You agree to be responsible for any post transmitted through the website by you.
A Mother Level Birth and Postpartum Doula Services reserves the right to refuse service to any order(s), a person(s), or entity, without the obligation to give reason(s) for doing so. Until payment has been confirmed and agreement reached, no order is deemed accepted by AMLDS. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
We will email you to confirm the engagement of services and with details concerning service delivery. If there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
We will not be liable if you do not follow a specified procedure for cancellation due to negligence. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
A MOTHER LEVEL DOULA SERVICE OPERATES A NO REFUND POLICY. ALL PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT OFFER ANY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, HOWEVER, AN ALTERNATIVE REFUND IN THE FORM OF SERVICE MAY BE OFFERED IN EXCHANGE.
The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by A Mother Level Doula Services, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are found violating this policy.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time as we deem necessary. Such amendments are effective immediately, upon public notice or display on the AMLDS site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.
By these terms and conditions, you agree that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the site or service. Additionally, we are not liable for damages in connection with
(i) any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure;
(ii) loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill, or data; and
(iii) third-party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose, and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability. The foregoing applies even if AMLDS has been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen the damages.
The Site and the Service contain links to third-party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of third-party websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with us. You acknowledge sole responsibility and assume all risk arising from your use of any such links or resources.
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third-party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Service. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third-party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and A Mother Level Doula Services about the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, and representations.
If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. These Terms and Conditions are not assignable, delegable, sub-license able, or otherwise transferable by you. Any transfer, assignment, delegation, or sub-license is invalid.

AMLDS takes special precautions to keep every piece of information shared with us safe and private. We will not sell or give your personal information. Where we deem it necessary to share your information with a third party, we will not do so without your express consent.
All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, images, photographs, video clips, audio clips, graphics, tags, data, materials, information, and other submissions disclosed, submitted, or offered to A Mother Level Doula Service or included with any hashtags provided by AMLDS on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, ‘User Content’) shall be and remain the property of A Mother Level Doula Service. Such disclosure, submission, or offer of any User Content shall constitute an assignment to A Mother Level Doula Service of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the User Content. Thus, A Mother Level Doula Service will own exclusively all such rights, titles, and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use or modifications to the submission, commercial or otherwise, of any User Content. A Mother Level Doula Service is not and shall not be under any obligation;
(1) to maintain any User Content in confidence,
(2) to pay to user any compensation for any User Content,
(3) to credit or acknowledge any user for User Content or
(4) to respond to any User Content.
You agree that User Content submitted by you to the Site will not violate any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that User Content submitted by you to the Site will not be and will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material in AMLDS’ sole discretion. You are and shall remain solely responsible for any User Content you submit on the Site. You agree that AMLDS may use and/or disclose information about your demographics and use of the Site in any manner that does not reveal your identity. By participating in Site sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and/or requesting promotional information or product updates, you agree that AMLDS may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes.
